Position Description:

MPS - ETL Analyst/ Developer to manage an enterprise application warehouse. Software design, development, and maintenance of Teradata warehouse and ETL jobs.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience in in Teradata Implementation projects and exposed to full life-cycle development in data warehousing and data integration projects using Teradata.
• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of ETL process using various Teradata utilities like TPT, BTEQ, FLOAD, MLOAD, TPUMP and FEXPORT.
• Thorough knowledge of Teradata architecture, Teradata tools and Utilities: SQL, DBQL, BTEQ, TPT, Fastload, Multiload, Fast export Teradata manager etc.
• Sound knowledge of Teradata database, data warehousing and information management best practices. Good understanding of RDBMS principles
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning specific to Teradata, database record and log file manipulation using SQL
• Must have experience of writing complex queries, handing complex systems integration to Teradata
• Hands on performance tuning, query optimization, file and error-handling, restart mechanism
• Experience with development, scheduling, troubleshooting and configuration management tools
• Hands on experience on SAP Business Objects reporting.

Experience Required

Overall 8+ years of relevant experience

Experience Preferred

• Experience in test first development and pair/Mob programming.
• Experience in client-side MVC frameworks, JavaScripts
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines
• Experience deploying to cloud environments
• PCF/ Azure etc
• Experience with Data Structures, Data Modeling, RDBMS
• Experience in working with Ford Agile Framework. (backlogs, iterations, user stories, rally tool etc)
